Not only did you let me use the airline for free with one of your staff actually checking for me, you also provided a very reasonable quote for replacing all five tyres. As a result of your willingness to help with my request for use of the airline and your competitive pricing, I decided to order the tyres from you. Ordering the tyres on-line resulted in a £8.00 per tyre saving (£40 for the set); this meant that your price was considerably less than that offered by your major/local competitors. On the day of fitting, I was allocated a time for the fitting. The work was done promptly and efficiently with the whole experience taking approximately 1 hr. The overall level of customer service was exemplary. You will now become my default 'go to' for all future tyre and auto services.”
